Abstract Submission Guide
Platform and poster presentations for PRIMO23 can be submitted through the links provided. Please submit your abstract and include details of your preferred scientific session and format. All abstracts will be reviewed by session chairs and/or the International Scientific Advisory Board. We have a limited number of platform presentations; some authors may be offered a poster presentation if there is insufficient space for accepted abstracts in a given scientific session.
By submitting an abstract and having the abstract accepted, the author is expected and obligated to pay the meeting registration fee and present the research study during the assigned poster or platform session. Acceptance notification and session timing and instructions will be provided by email to authors. We may need to limit authors to a single presentation, depending on the demand. Travel Awards
Travel grants will be available for a few students to support travel costs to attend PRIMO23. Travel awards will be valued at $500 CAD and will be prioritized for students with large travel expenses. There is no application required for the travel awards but will be selected from registered student participants.
